Purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of the register is to manage Redocap Oy’s customer, recruitment and business relations. The information can also be used for operational development and statistical purposes.
Data can also be processed by Redocap Oy’s partners in tasks related to marketing or other administration.
As an employer, accepts job applications from job seekers, the application can be directed to a specific position or an open application
Stores the application information provided by the job seeker in the applicant register for a specific position until the selection decision is made. After the selection, the applications for the position are transferred to the archive, where they are kept for 6 months after the end of the application process
Applicant information is always kept confidential, and application information provided by applicants is not disclosed outside of the aforementioned recruitment process. Confidentiality means that applicant information is only available to those persons who are authorized to use this information

Regular sources of information
Redocap Oy’s wn operations as well as generally available internet sources, information materials supplied by customers themselves, Bisnode Oy and Asiakastieto Oy’s database.
Lawful data transfers and data transfer outside the EU or the European Economic Area
Information is not disclosed outside of Redocap Oy. The transfer of data outside the EU takes place using contract clauses approved by the EU Commission.
Principles of registry protection
Information systems are protected with passwords and other technically necessary measures.
It is not possible for outsiders to access the data storage locations, as Redocap Oy’s premises cannot be accessed without access control, and movement is not possible without an appropriate access control card.
Right of inspection
In accordance with § 26 of the Personal Data Act, a person has the right to check what information about him has been stored in the personal register. The inspection request must be sent in writing and signed to the registry contact person. The registered person has the right to demand that their data be corrected, deleted or supplemented. The right to correct information is different from the right to delete information. If a person has a valid connection with Redocap Oy or an order history, Redocap Oy is not obliged to delete the information of that person from its register.It is possible for a person to deny the use of their data for marketing purposes. In this case, Redocap Oy places a marketing ban on the person’s data in its register.
