Redocap Oy was founded in 2010 to serve Finnish companies in their business development and financing needs. In 2015, we started to expand our range of services to address the challenges raised by customers regarding business process management and financial analytics. The customers’ basic challenges were related to the separate systems used to implement business processes and the resulting fragmentation of data. The reports were in Excel, snapshots of the past, and their usability from the point of view of finding out the company’s real-time overall picture or financial position was weak. We wanted to offer our customers a change in this situation. Truly the best solution that makes it possible to manage the company with knowledge. We wanted an ERP environment for business management as a platform, which enables the adaptation of business processes to the environment. Combines the company’s business data in one place and thereby gives the customer the opportunity to build high-quality dynamic reporting models – a platform for sustainable growth.
We mapped numerous solutions before our choice, which would be the most suitable for the service model in the plan. In addition to this, we wanted the best possible and experienced team for this business expansion. We chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as our ERP environment, which offers all the most important elements for business from the perspective of usability, features, development and maintenance.
Now, after a long development process, we have introduced the Redoflow® service concept to the market, which is a very high-quality and comprehensive service package for our customers, regardless of industry. There have been many different stages, failures and successes in the construction and development of the concept. Customers have also been involved in the development, whose feedback is reflected in the finished whole. Our service concept has been very well received by our customers and it provides the strongest foundation for the future.
